While the news of actress Nicole Kidman being divorced from her now ex-husband and country musician Keith Urban was shocking enough, new reports suggest that infidelity might’ve been the reason.
According to rumors, as reported by US Magazine, Urban and fellow country singer Maggie Baugh, who are currently performing together on his tour, were romantically involved, although it’s merely speculation.
This flame was only fueled further when it was revealed that Baugh would be absent from Urban’s ‘The High and Alive’ Tour performance in Nashville on October 17. Although this was rumored to be due to Kidman’s split from the musician, which led to him cutting ties with Baugh, the exclusion is simply because Baugh herself will be performing in Indiana on that day.

These allegations of Keith Urban and Maggie Baugh being in a romantic affair stemmed from TMZ’s report about the situation, in which it was suspected that there was “another woman” involved. According to sources closest to the Eyes Wide Shut
All the signs point to the fact that Keith is with another woman. Let’s just say, Nicole doesn’t dispute that, but she’s still shocked over it.
And with the singer/musician duo being on tour together, many people connected the dots and came up with this theory. And with the upcoming absence of Baugh in Nashville, the city both Kidman and Urban used to call home together as a couple, it only fanned the inferno more.
At the same time, these reports are nothing but speculations, as none of the parties involved has given any comments on this development. But in another report by TMZ, it was revealed how Baugh’s father, Chuck Baugh, posted about this on Facebook, writing, “NO. Just No” on the allegations.
At this moment, there have been no comments that either corroborate or deny these allegations; thus, further developments will have to be observed.

The sudden divorce that Kidman filed from Urban has hit the actress hard, which is only multiplied by the allegations of infidelity that have started to pop up. But according to many, the signs of their splitting were there months before it was finalized on September 30, 2025.
There were reports of the couple staying in different houses in Nashville, Tennessee, as early as this summer, and with the couple’s absence from many red carpet events and other occasions, signs were beginning to show. One of the examples is from their last appearance at a Los Angeles Football Club match in Nashville on June 20 (via Page Six).
This was followed by Kidman’s solo appearance at the Clé de Peau Beauté event, where she was appointed the brand ambassador of the company, an achievement that Urban would’ve loved to share if not for alleged tensions. Lastly, Kidman has also been absent from any of the performances that the ‘Stupid Boy‘ singer has done on his ongoing tour since the start of the year.
Thus, the eagle-eyed observer may have guessed that these stars were heading for a split in the coming months.
