What Is the Beckham Family Feud with Son Brooklyn Beckham and His Wife?
The documentary also comes amid ongoing speculation about a rift between Victoria and her eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham, and his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham.
The feud rumor started in 2025 when Brooklyn and Nicola skipped David Beckham’s 50th birthday celebration, reportedly due to tensions involving Romeo’s girlfriend, DJ Kim Turnball. Brooklyn allegedly didn’t want to see her at the event (via PEOPLE).
The alleged issues began when Nicola didn’t wear a Victoria Beckham-designed dress, reportedly after being told last-minute that the atelier couldn’t complete it. Sources close to the situation claim this created early tension between Nicola and her mother-in-law. Further drama surfaced when Victoria allegedly stole the spotlight during a planned dance at the wedding.
While both sides have denied a “feud,” multiple sources told PEOPLE that strained interactions and missed family events have deepened the divide. Brooklyn and Nicola have even hired a reputation management lawyer formerly used by Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
Despite the tension, the relationship with Brooklyn is “not beyond repair.” Both Victoria and David continue to express love and support for their son.
We will get to see the results if Brooklyn appears in the documentary. With family tensions and career highs at the forefront, Victoria Beckham on Netflix promises to be as dramatic as it is revealing.
