Welcome to the Outcast’s Restaurant episode 10 began with Dennis asking Jeanne to find out when and where Vigo, Joseph, Hopper, a judge of the Royal Court of Law, and other people will be meeting for dinner. He has been inspired by everyone around him. Jeanne gives him a hint at the last piece necessary for reaching level 100, but Dennis fails to grasp it.
The episode then switches to Vigo. A flashback to his childhood is shown. His father had died of an illness, and his mother had run away with another man. He was left with a sick younger brother to take care of. The locals as well as nobles took pity on him, but Vigo couldn’t stand it. Vigo did some nefarious deeds and even set the mansion of the nobles on fire. His little brother fled from him out of fear.
Afterwards, Vigo joined the Silver Fang and even orchestrated the murder of the party’s captain. He became the next captain and drove out other members. He only accepted the strongest adventurers to his party, including Katie.
Back to the present, Vigo attends the dinner. There, everyone is plotting to take over the kingdom and become the greatest military and political power. However, Vigo has actually planned to murder all three of the attendees. He wants to frame them so that he can usurp power and build his own empire. But before he can act, Dennis appears and terrifies Joseph with his Dread Voice, which forces Joseph to admit to all the crimes.
