If this turns out to be true, this will be another major letdown before Cena hangs up his wrestling boots forever. John Cena sold his soul to The Rock in an unprecedented development at Elimination Chamber 2025 and vowed to ruin wrestling. But it failed to create any impact among WWE fans. The WWE universe could not resonate with a heel John Cena, which forced the company to turn him baby face once again before SummerSlam 2025.
The failure to provide a proper direction for John Cena’s retirement tour turned out to be detrimental to him.
