Nintendo Direct is returning once more this year after the July showcase. The latest showcase of games coming to the Switch platform in 2025 and beyond will be unveiled on September 12, 2025. If you want to watch the showcase live, you can hop onto Nintendo’s official YouTube and Twitch channels.

Nintendo Direct September 2025 stream kicks off on September 12, 2025, at 9 AM EDT. Since time zones vary widely across regions, the broadcast time may be a little confusing. Will the Upcoming Nintendo Direct Be Their Biggest Event in 2025?

Unlike the last Nintendo Switch Direct (July 2025), which was approximately 20 minutes long. The next one in line will supposedly be around an hour long. It will feature games for both Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 platforms. Some of the games will be remasters of old games, too, so keep that in mind as well.

There are also rumors that Nintendo Direct will feature ports for Switch 2 like Resident Evil 7, Call of Duty Black Ops 7, and Animal Crossing. Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is also expected to be revealed at the event. However, take all this information with a grain of salt.

Either way, the upcoming showcase will have a standard hour-long runtime as seen in February 2025. So expect new surprises, and maybe we’ll also get to find out more about Splatoon Raiders.
