Cody Rhodes has appreciated and admired a lot of fellow wrestlers in the WWE. But what the American Nightmare said about the member of ‘The Vision’, Bron Breakker, has emerged as a major talking point in the world of professional wrestling.
During an interview with ESPN, Cody Rhodes appreciated the manner in which Bron Breakker has evolved as a wrestler. Rhodes shared (via Wrestletalk.com):
So seeing this guy who barks and spears people at 3 million miles an hour just kinda lock in and, (puts on soft voice) ‘Oh, we’re WWE, it’s on ESPN’, it’s so… it’s making my day. “Because I already know this guy’s probably gonna beat me at some point down the road, but at least I’m gonna enjoy this period of time where he’s just (puts on soft voice again), ‘Hi…’ “Because he’s amazing, if you come and see him you’ll be very blown away by what Bron can do.
Additionally, Cody Rhodes also stated that even though he did not think it at first, he now believes that Bron Breakker is the future of the WWE.
Bron Breakker Has Been Previously Praised by Legends Like the Undertaker
Apparently, Cody Rhodes is not the only one who has appreciated Bron Breakker as a professional wrestler and a human being. On various occasions, he has been appreciated by Paul Heyman, his associate in ‘The Vision,’ and the person who does everything to make Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed look good.
Heyman has called Breakker the future WrestleMania main eventer on several occasions. However, it was the admiration from The Undertaker that underlined Breakker’s abilities in a real sense.
The Undertaker had a memorable on-screen segment with Breakker during the October 10, 2023, episode of the NXT (via WWE), where he delivered a chokeslam to the then-NXT star.
Shortly after sharing the ring with The Deadman during an interview with Chris Van Vliet, Breakker revealed that The Undertaker gave him a lot of great advice, and they have since developed a relationship. Breakker called it an “absolute honor” to be in that position with a legend like The Undertaker and implied that it was a memorable night for him.
The Undertaker has also returned the favor on the prolific performer during an interaction with Booker T on his Six Feet Under podcast. Highlighting the uniqueness of Breakker’s abilities, The Undertaker stated that Breakker is a special talent who has only “scratched the surface of what he’s going to do.”
Furthermore, The Deadman specifically pointed out that Breakker is already a better promo than his father, Rick Steiner, and his uncle, Scott Steiner, which is a key area where Breakker has been able to surpass his legendary relatives.
First, The Undertaker and now Cody Rhodes, Bron Breakker’s talents have been identified by legendary figures in the WWE, even though there is a lot of unexplored potential in him.
Bron Breakker Has All the Qualities to Become the Next Big Thing in the WWE
The most important attribute of the former Intercontinental Champion is his in-ring abilities and technical skills as a wrestler. Breakker has appeared as an intense, dominating force in the company so far, but in reality, he is a versatile performer who can work with any wrestler inside the ring.
Most superstars in the WWE are either agile and high-flying or physically well-built. Bron Breakker hasn’t got any such limitations. Flexible as ever, he can deliver high-flying moves and unleash powerful blows to his rivals like only a few can in the company at this moment.
One aspect where he is currently working is his ability to deliver sharp, direct promos. Given the fact that ‘Wise Man’ Paul Heyman has been working with him since his days in NXT, it appears only a matter of time before Breakker transitions from a potential talent to a complete package of how an ideal WWE superstar should be.
His current gimmick with Seth Rollins has only enhanced the experience and opened up doors of possibility that otherwise would’ve taken a lot of time. The question now remains whether he can continue to work hard and further hone his skills to achieve what the likes of Cody Rhodes and The Undertaker expect him to in the future.
