This Broken High-Damage Miyabi Build In Zenless Zone Zero Shreds Enemies Within Seconds

Hoshimi Miyabi in Zenless Zone Zero is an S-Rank Frost Anomaly Agent who’s not only unique but also versatile. While she’s an incredibly formidable Crit DPS in the game, you can make her even better with the right build that spews high damage like it’s a picnic, shredding enemies swiftly. So, without further ado, let’s dive into this broken build, starting with her weapons.

1. Best W-Engines to Use With Miyabi

While a lot of W-Engines work best with Miyabi, she isn’t complete without her Signature one, which is the Hailstorm Shrine, helping her increase her Crit DMG and Ice DMG exponentially. Miyabi can exploit this W-engine to its full potential and deal massive amounts of damage when fully upgraded, so it’s recommended to be used with her.

Apart from the Hailstorm Shrine, Fusion Compiler is also another great choice for her W-Engine, as it increases her attack damage, along with boosting her Anomaly Proficiency. Barring these two weapons, the Electro-Lip Gloss is another fantastic weapon to use with Miyabi, as it increases her attack damage, along with inflicting additional DMG, when the target is inflicted with Attribute Anomaly.

Honestly, a weapon doesn’t determine Miyabi’s strength, as she’s more than powerful enough to inflict massive amounts of damage to targets. However, if you truly want to run a high-damage build with her, look no further than the Hailstorm Shrine W-Engine, as she’ll be completely broken with it.

2. Best Drive Discs to Use With Miyabi

There are a multitude of Drive Discs to choose from for Miyabi in Zenless Zone Zero, but mainly two stand out for her. Since she mostly deals in Crit DMG and Frost DMG, it’s best to look for Drive Discs that severely boost her Crit and Frost DMG potential. Here are the Drive Discs you must use with Miyabi for this high-damage build:

Of course, other Drive Discs also work pretty well with Miyabi, but they’re not comparable to the ones listed above. As for her respective Disc Drive slots, here’s how you should divide her Disc Drive main stats and sub-stats:

For her substats, prioritise Crit Rate and Crit DMG over everything else. Then set your attention on ATK%, Anomaly Proficiency in this order, and finally, give some attention to Flat PEN and Flat ATK values. That’s all you’ll need to dish out incredibly high damage with her.

3. Best Mindscapes to Use With Miyabi

Miyabi has 6 Mindscapes in total, and out of all of them, 1 and 2 are the best ones to focus on. Her first Mindscape, Frost Atop the Snow, allows Shimotsuki to ignore 6% of DEF with each point of Fallen Frost consumed, stacking up to 6 times until Shimotsuki Stance concludes. It also increases the squad’s Anomaly Buildup Rate by 20% for 10s when she hits a target with a level 3 Shimotsuki suffering from Frostburn.

Her second Mindscape, Breath Technique, increases her Kazahana and Dodge Counter DMG by 30%. When the final move of the 5th hit of Kazahana strikes a target, Miyabi gains 1 point of Fallen Frost. This Mindscape also allows her to begin combat with 6 points of Fallen Frost and 15% increased Crit Rate, which is why this one’s crucial for her.

4. Best Team Compositions With Miyabi

Frankly, Miyabi can work with anyone in Zenless Zone Zero, but her best team composition lies with Mono Ice, which is a team composition where all (or most) of the Agents are Frost users. So, the preferred team composition would be her, Lyacon, and Soukaku since all of them are Ice characters.

Another top-tier team composition would be Miyabi, Soukaku, and Yuzuha as they synergise perfectly. Yuzuha’s a fantastic support, and she can help with the Ice Anomaly buildup if you have her in your squad. Yanugi’s also an incredible choice as she can activate Disorder and upgrade Miyabi’s basic attacks massively.

You can also experiment with other characters, but these are the best team compositions to use with her. That’s everything you need to know for this high-damage build’s team composition, which wipes the ground with enemies. Just select Agents that complement her Frost Anomaly playstyle and enhance her attacks.

5. Hoshimi Miyabi’s Kit in Zenless Zone Zero

Miyabi inflicts Frost Damage, scaling with icy modifiers while building up her Frost Anomaly, which in turn freezes enemies and can also trigger Freeze Shatter. Her basic attacks deal Frost Damage, as you’d expect, but her two EX Specials — Miyuki and Hisetsu — are incredibly powerful, offering her 2 points of Fallen Frost and dealing colossal Frost DMG.

Fallen Frost is basically Miyabi’s unique resource, and you can stack it up to 6 points with her ultimate ability, Lingering Snow, granting her 3 points of Fallen Frost and increasing her damage significantly. Additionally, she can gain 1 more point of Fallen Frost by triggering Frostburn – Break.

You can unleash her enhanced basic attack, Shimotsuki, by holding down the attack button only if she has 6 stacks of Fallen Frost and consumes them. This allows her to deliver a massive AoE attack with mindboggling multipliers. The version of this attack changes depending on whether she consumes 2, 4, or 6 stacks, with the third version being the greatest.

Miyabi’s Core Skill, Searing Cold, inflicts the Icefire debuff on enemies, and if she applies Frostbite on enemies affected by Icefire, it will activate Frostburn – Break, dealing Frost DMG equal to a percentage of her attack, along with gaining 1 point of Fallen Frost. This also causes enemies to enter Frostburn state, which boosts Anomaly Buildup and stops Frostburn – Break from activating again.

If a character in your squad is a Support or from the same faction as Miyabi, her Shimotsuki attack damage increases by 60%. If Disorder is triggered by a character, Miyabi gains 2 points of Fallen Frost, and Shimotsuki will ignore 30% of an enemy’s Ice Resistance. When it comes to Skill Priority, prioritise her Core Skills, Chain Attacks, and Basic Attacks, then divert your attention to her EX Specials, Assists, and Dodge.

Get Chain and Basic Attacks to at least around Level 10 for the best results. While her kit may seem complex, her playstyle is straightforward, so you won’t have any problems learning her kit.
