Jennifer Lopez is set to captivate audiences once again with her latest Netflix thriller, The Last Mrs. Parrish. The psychological drama is based on the bestselling novel by Liv Constantine.

What Is The Last Mrs. Parrish About?
The movie is about a con woman who targets a wealthy couple by befriending the wife and seducing the husband with the master plan of becoming the next ‘Mrs. Parrish.’ Netflix hasn’t released the official logline or character details yet. But according to the book, The Last Mrs. Parrish
Tired of living as nobody, Amber targets Daphne Parrish, a wealthy socialite married to real estate mogul Jackson Parrish. She befriends Daphne, gets close to her family, and begins to manipulate her way to become the next Mrs. Parrish.
But as Amber gets deeper into the Parrish world, she discovers that Daphne’s life is far darker than she ever expected. “A skeleton from her past may undermine everything Amber has worked for, and if it’s discovered, her well-laid plan may fall apart.” (via What’s on Netflix).

The cast of The Last Mrs. Parrish is headlined by singer and actor Jennifer Lopez in the role of Daphne Parrish. Lopez previously worked with Netflix on movies like The Mother and Atlas. Her other collaboration with Netflix is in the works, a rom-com titled Office Romance. She recently starred in Kiss of the Spider Woman, released on October 10.
Besides Lopez other main cast includes Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Game of Thrones), Isabel May (1883), Pierson Fodé (The Man From Toronto).

Filming was initially scheduled to start on May 19, 2025. However, it began on September 9, 2025, with filming expected to wrap by November 2025. The film is being produced by Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and Lopez’s Nuyorican Productions, Lisa Rubin’s 3dot Productions, and Molly Sim’s Something Happy Productions.
