The Vision’s revolt against their leader, Seth Rollins, may have shocked several WWE fans, but the reigning WWE Champion, Cody Rhodes, knew that the dominant WWE faction would fall apart someday. However, this is far from being Rhodes’ only successful prediction, as The American Nightmare also prophesied the Roman Reigns-led group, the Bloodline.
Rhodes’ prediction regarding The Vision’s fall materialized during the October 13 episode of Raw, with Bron Breakker initiating the revolt and Bronson Reed and Heyman following suit. Nevertheless, the 40-year-old’s first prognosis, regarding The Bloodline’s fall, came to life in 2023.
Cody Rhodes’ Comments About the Bloodline’s Decline
Reigns’ Crown Jewel match with Reed showcased that he still has two members of his tribe with him: Jey and Jimmy, known as The Usos. However, Reigns’ entourage, called The Bloodline, used to be much larger in 2023, which also included Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and others, besides The Usos.
Despite The Bloodline’s strong on-screen bonding, Rhodes shocked the WWE community during the March 20, 2023, episode of Raw by implying that Reigns’ entourage would part ways with him once he loses the undisputed WWE Championship, which he held back then. The American Nightmare said:
One day you’re gonna wake up without those titles, that mean the most in out world, and when that happens, here’s what else happens: Jey is gonna leave you, and then Jimmy will leave you too. So [when there’s] no Usos, guess what happens then? Solo [Sikoa]… Solo leaves you too, and when Solo leaves you, this man [pointing to Heyman] becomes an advocate again [for someone else].

While The Usos still stand with the OTC, it can be safely said that Rhodes was spot on with his prediction regarding The Bloodline’s separation. The American Nightmare’s prediction about The Vision’s future also came to life, but a different person triggered the revolt, instead of the one Rhodes predicted.
Cody Rhodes’s Prediction About the Culprit Behind The Vision’s Separation
Rhodes likes mentioning the reasons behind his predictions. The 40-year-old saw the end of Reigns’ WWE Championship as the primary factor that would trigger the separation of The Bloodline, which eventually materialized.
Likewise, while predicting The Vision’s decline, The American Nightmare also mentioned who would be responsible for initiating the revolt. During the September 27, 2025, episode of SmackDown, Rhodes stated that Heyman wouldn’t mind turning his back on Breakker and Reed once something goes wrong. (via WWE on YouTube)

Apparently, Rhodes felt The Vision’s downfall would stem from Heyman’s betrayal.
Well, the 40-year-old’s prediction about The Vision’s separation eventually materialized. However, he failed to predict the primary man who triggered The Vision’s decline. Instead of Heyman, Breakker initiated the separation by spearing Rollins minutes before the end of the October 13 episode of Raw.
