Cardi B just announced her fourth pregnancy, this time with NFL star Stefon Diggs, but there is already controversy surrounding him. According to model Aileen Lopera (Lord Gisselle on Instagram), Diggs is the father of her five-month-old daughter, whom she welcomed in April.
While she was still pregnant, Lopera filed a paternity lawsuit against Diggs to determine a parental relationship with their daughter, as per the court documents obtained by PEOPLE. As per the filing, “Petitioner is currently pregnant with [Diggs’] unborn child.“
She also gave the alleged father visitation rights but requested legal and physical custody of her daughter, whom she named Charliee Harper.
After Lopera’s lawsuit against him, Diggs filed a response contesting his paternity. He requested a genetic test to determine if he truly is Charliee’s father. If so, he asks for joint legal and physical custody, on top of joint payment of “reasonable expenses” of pregnancy, birth, attorney fees, etc.
Netizens are reacting to the lawsuit filed by Lopera, calling it an Olympic-level scandal, especially in light of Cardi B’s pregnancy.

Lopera recently posted a few photos of her daughter on Instagram, and fans were convinced that a DNA test isn’t needed to know that she is Diggs’ daughter.

One follower wrote, “She looks just like him. Quit playing“, while another said, “Stefon’s baby!! She looked like him as an infant too.” As of now, all we can do is wait for the paternity test to reveal if Diggs is the father or not.
Stefon Diggs Has a Daughter, Allegedly With Singer Tyler-Marie
While Charliee may or may not be Diggs’ daughter, he already has a little girl who was born in 2016. Named Nova Diggs, the identity of the young girl’s mother remains hidden, though rumors suggest that it could be his ex-girlfriend, singer Tyler-Marie.

His mother, Stephanie, also seems to be pretty close with Nova. In 2024, she posted a video of Diggs and Nova on Instagram, wishing her a happy birthday. She wrote, “Happy birthday! I hope you are having a great day. I can’t believe you are 8 years old. Sending hugs and kisses.“
As for Cardi B, she shares three children with her ex-husband, Offset – Kulture Kiari Cephus, Wave Set Cephus, and Blossom Cephus.

In a new video posted to her Instagram, the rapper confirmed that February 11 will be the first day of her tour, Little Miss Drama, and nothing will stop her from getting on stage, not even her pregnancy.
She said in the video, “After this album run, it’s straight to exercising. It’s straight to dance classes. When the baby come out, my body will be loose and straight rehearsals with all my dancers. I’m not playing.”
