WWE Superstar John Cena delivered an epic match to fans alongside AJ Styles at the 2025 Crown Jewel. The Franchise Player won the final encounter with AJ and honored several of his other rivals by using their finishers. Interestingly, following this match, Cena was asked if Donald Trump should also be honored, but with the Nobel Prize.
A video featuring John Cena has surfaced on social media, wherein he is seen giving an autograph to a fan. Immediately after, the person recording the video asks Mr Hustle Loyalty and Respect if Donald Trump should receive the Nobel Prize. In response, Cena just said “No, thank you,” and walked away.

Notably, Donald Trump has played a part in the recently invoked halt on the war between Israel and Gaza. The US President has also claimed to have played a part in resolving armed conflicts between a few other nations as well. In return, Trump has been constantly demanding the Nobel Peace Prize.
John Cena Stands a Chance to Become a WWE Grand Slam Champion
John Cena clearly has the status of a GOAT in WWE. However, throughout his 23-year-long career, the Intercontinental Championship has always eluded him. Owing to this, The Leader of Cenation is still not a WWE Grand Slam Champion, unlike several of his rivals, like The Miz, Randy Orton, The Rock, and more.
However, The Franchise Player will have a chance to change this at the upcoming 2025 Survivor Series. As reported by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dominik Mysterio will put the IC Championship on the line against Cena at the PLE.
Dominik Mysterio is currently scheduled to defend his Intercontinental Championship against John Cena at WWE Survivor Series in San Diego on November 29.

Since The Never Seen 17 stands a chance to earn the one title he has never won, he may end up dethroning Dirty Dom. On the other hand, The Judgment Day member will have the home turf advantage in San Diego. Moreover, given that he is a top heel in WWE right now, Triple H may give the win to Mysterio to push him further.
The Rock Could Replace John Cena’s Final Opponent
Dwayne The Rock Johnson was invited to the October 13, 2025, episode of the New Heights podcast. The hosts asked him who, in his opinion, should face John Cena in his final match.
Grinning sheepishly, The People’s Champ used hand gestures and fidgeted with his t-shirt’s collar to suggest himself as Cena’s final opponent. The former 10-time WWE world champion also revealed that he does have some control over the match-booking process of WWE.
The Rock on John Cena's final WWE opponent:
"I have a tiny bit of influence in the booking of it, but it really is just whoever John wants. Really that's what it comes down to.
"It's not me or Nick Khan or Triple H. It's whoever John wants."pic.twitter.com/jIQVek0xMu
Laughing things off in a lighthearted manner, however, The Rock said that The Franchise Player has the ultimate say in who gets to retire him. As of now, John Cena will reportedly be fighting Gunther in his retirement match at the Saturday Night’s Main Event episode on December 13, 2025 (via Wrestling Observer Newsletter).
