Seth Rollins’ Hand Injury Is Real or Scripted? WWE Fans Believe They Have Found the Proof

By Richard Garcia 10/14/2025

Seth Rollins faced the ultimate betrayal with an unexpected attack from Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed during the October 13, 2025, edition of Monday Night RAW (via WWE) in Perth, Australia, following the turn of events at Crown Jewel 2025.

Following the devastating attack, Rollins was spotted supposedly injured due to the assault by his former allies. The current World Heavyweight Champion was seen holding on to his arm while exiting the RAC Arena and was also seen with a fan wearing a sling, consolidating the speculations over his injury.

The self-styled Visionary is currently at an interesting crossroads. The betrayal from his allies came at a sensitive point when his arch-rival CM Punk became the Number 1 contender for the World Heavyweight title after winning the Triple-threat match against LA Knight and Jey Uso.

It’s Hard for WWE Fans to Believe That Seth Rollins Is Injured After the Knee Injury Gimmick

Even though the evidence of a potential injury to Seth Rollins is there, it’s hard to believe that the current World Heavyweight Champion has suffered a situation like that.

The reason for this belief is that Rollins is known for faking injuries and creating situations that benefit him in the long run. He did something similar at SummerSlam 2025, when, after an intense battle between CM Punk and Gunther, Rollins appeared on the scene with Paul Heyman on crutches.

Initially, it felt as if his arrival was a mere warning for CM Punk for the things to come, but soon after, he abandoned them and removed his cast to cash in his Money in the Bank contract and win the World Heavyweight title from Punk. The incident is now known as the ‘Ruse of the Century’.

With the betrayal from ‘The Vision’, Rollins might pull a similar card to save himself from an attack on both sides. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed have made their intentions clear with this attack, and CM Punk, determined to get the title he won at SummerSlam 2025, is bound to go after Rollins.

In such a situation, an injury gimmick might give Rollins some time to think and redesign his strategy, particularly without his enforcers backing him this time around.

How Can Seth Rollins Save His World Heavyweight Title After Betrayal From ‘The Vision’

After CM Punk became the Number One contender for the World Heavyweight title and ‘The Vision’ attacked their leader, it’s now clear that Seth Rollins can get is surrounded by adversaries from both sides.

In such a situation, the best that Rollins can expect from his former allies is for them not to intervene when he defends the title against CM Punk. A potential discussion with Paul Heyman to that effect might help matters for Rollins. However, even then, in the long run, Rollins will have to forge new alliances in the locker room to remain Champion.

The situation surrounding the current World Heavyweight title is particularly critical because Roman Reigns is already set against Seth Rollins and his ideas for the WWE. And the manner in which Cody Rhodes was defeated by Rollins at Crown Jewel 2025, he is not going to get support from The American Nightmare either. Therefore, it will be interesting to see who allies with Seth Rollins in his pursuit to remain the World Heavyweight Champion.
