‘Sakamoto Days’ Part 2 Episode 10 Ending Explained: The Sky-High Beatdown Nobody Saw Coming

Spoiler Alert !!!
This article contains some spoilers from Sakamoto Days Part 2 Episode 10.

Alright, Sakamoto Days Part 2 Episode 10 was just released, and frankly, it may just have delivered the craziest airplane fight anime has ever seen. From underwater mayhem to passport-stamping punches, this episode did NOT hold back, and fans can’t stop talking about it.

The coolest part? It wasn’t just a bunch of crazy action. Shin and Kaji really showed off, Gaku turned a body into a nightmare puppet, and Sakamoto once again reminded us why he’s in a league of his own. Let’s get into all the wild stuff that happened in this nonstop thrill ride.

Shin and Kaji Team Up Against Gaku Before Sakamoto Turns an Airplane Into a Weapon

At first glance, Shinaya looks like the main villain of the fight, but nope, turns out the poor guy is basically a rental body. Slur’s crew literally recruited him through a job listing for ‘flexible people,’ knocked him out, and handed his body over to Gaku, who pilots him with VR.

That’s why Shinaya fights like a contortionist monster. Gaku doesn’t care about human limits, so he twists Shinaya’s body in ways that would snap a normal person in half. It’s creepy, it’s brutal, and it makes the stakes of this fight skyrocket.

Even before Sakamoto arrives on the scene, Shin and Kaji basically steal the spotlight, and they’re quite the dynamic duo. Kaji’s abnormally keen hearing allows him to notice details that no one else is aware of, such as how Shinaya isn’t awake and is being controlled remotely.

Add in Shin’s telepathic abilities, and you’ve got a duo that can fight almost as smoothly as Sakamoto himself. Kaji finally gets his chance to step out of his shy, insecure shell, and it’s both cute and totally awesome. The way he turns red when Shin says he’s been hearing all his thoughts the whole time? Just hilarious.

But let’s not forget the serious side: Kaji pushes himself so hard he ends up with ruptured eardrums, while Shin burns through his foresight ability just trying to keep up. They put up one hell of a fight, but it just isn’t enough. And then the big man himself arrives. Sakamoto jumping in completely changes the energy, and suddenly the fight becomes an all-out spectacle.

Sakamoto Days Part 2 Episode 10 Gives Us The Most Insane Airplane Fight in Anime History

Sakamoto uses literally everything around him as a weapon. He slams Shinaya’s face so hard it stamps a passport. He chucks him into baggage compartments. He tosses him into the cockpit like it’s nothing. And then comes the crown jewel: Sakamoto turns the plane itself into a weapon.

Using the landing gear wheels as a hammer? Using the whole plane like a seesaw? That’s next-level creativity, and fans were left in absolute shock. Among the constant action, Sakamoto Days Part 2 Episode 10 doesn’t lose sight of character moments.

Kaji, who was only the shy background guy, becomes a fan favorite thanks to his bravery and hilarious inner monologues. Shin continues to step out of Sakamoto’s shadow, pushing himself harder than ever. Even Mafuyu and Toramaru, who had smaller arcs earlier, feel like they got satisfying development in just a short span.

The fight isn’t just about the cool moves; it’s really about growing, working together, and how each character figures out where they fit in all the craziness. That’s what makes this episode of Sakamoto Days so memorable.
