This indicates that Blackbeard at the time didn’t have the courage to plan something like conquering the world by forming one of the most dangerous crews and stealing Devil Fruits. Thus, the one person who helped him is most likely Laffitte, the most mysterious One Piece
Laffitte is the oldest member of the Blackbeard Pirates, and he was most likely present at the time when Xebec was wreaking havoc at God Valley. No one knows how Blackbeard formed his crew, as he was a member of the Whitebeard Pirates for most of his life. Thus, he had to have someone working with him, gathering all the details and crew members for their own goal. This someone was none other than Laffitte.
Laffitte is most likely the one who helped Blackbeard since he was a kid, and portrayed himself as the father figure that he never had. He is incredibly mysterious, and in the entire crew, he is the only one whose true potential and powers are unknown to One Piece fans. Thus, there is a big possibility that Laffitte is the one who crafted the plan for Blackbeard to become the King of the world.
Blackbeard Has Been Following Laffitte’s Plan All Along
The One Piece story has always portrayed that Rocks D. Xebec had a lot of knowledge about all the hidden mysteries of the world, and he was the closest to becoming the King of the world. However, the theory suggests that Xebec passed on his knowledge to Blackbeard through Laffitte, who planned everything for him, including finding the members for his crew.
