Mercedes Ron, the Argentine-born Spanish author, could not have imagined that her Culpa Mia story on Wattpad would end up being as huge as it is now. The enemies-to-lovers tale of forbidden romance is finally getting its last installment movie adaptation, Culpa Nuestra/Our Fault, after the first two films (Culpa Mia/My Fault and Culpa Tuya/Your Fault).
The Young Adult franchise will bring back Nicole Wallace as Noah and Gabriel Guevara as Nick. After dominating Prime Video charts with the first two films, fans are looking forward to seeing where the final film will take Noah and Nick, especially after Noah’s betrayal in the sequel.
But now fate has brought them together once again, leading to the question: will they finally get their happy ending?
When is Our Fault / Culpa Nuestra Releasing?
Our Fault (original title Culpa Nuestra) is set to release on Prime Video on October 16, 2025. It will debut globally across more than 240 countries and territories via Prime Video. The film will be a streaming-exclusive release only, as we witnessed with the first two films in the trilogy.
The writer-director of the film, Domingo González, remarked to Deadline last year that the upcoming film is the best of the trilogy.
When you have success with a first movie, the second one is often not as good, and then the third one even less so. In this case, people are saying that the second one is better than the first, and everybody that has seen the third movie says that it is the best of the three.
Given the way the previous two films have broken streaming records for Prime, we expect the final film to pull off a similar feat.
