One Piece vs One Punch Man: Every One Piece Cyborg Genos Can Beat in a Deathmatch

By Mike Garcia 10/13/2025

One Piece and One Punch Man are two completely different stories, but they do have some elements that are pretty common. One such element is the inclusion of Cyborgs in the narrative and their role as fighters. In One Piece’s case, we have Cyborgs like Franky and Kuma, and for One Punch Man, we have Genos, who is one of the greatest Cyborgs within the anime industry.

Genos is also one of the strongest Cyborgs, and thus, when compared to the Cyborgs from One Piece, he can take down quite a few of them. Thus, here is a detailed list of every One Piece Cyborg Geno that can defeat in a deathmatch. This list is prepared according to the powers and abilities that both series have showcased for the Cyborgs.

12. Hit Man Gotti

Gotti is one of the strongest combatants in the Fire Tank Pirates under Capone “Gang” Bege, who were introduced during the Whole Cake Island arc in One Piece. He is a powerful assassin and enforcer, making him one of the most important members of Bege’s crew. At some point, he lost his right forearm and had a three-barreled machine gun grafted in its place, making him a cyborg of sorts.

Genos has multiple advantages over Gotti. His speed and reflexes outmatch Gotti’s assassin skills, allowing him to dodge or intercept incoming machine-gun fire. Genos’s energy blasts or high-powered lasers can literally obliterate Gotti’s gun arm before he can even fire his rounds. Also, Genos’s armor and internal structure are likely far tougher than Gotti’s, allowing him to take on any kind of attack.

11. Ahiru

Ahiru is a deputy commander in the Revolutionary Army’s East Army and an assistant of Belo Betty. She is a minor character whose biggest power as of now is a mechanical prosthetic arm that can shoot projectiles. She has not yet displayed overwhelming physical strength or any Devil Fruit powers, and her role is more or less supporting the combat forces of the Revolutionary Army.

In a fight between Genos and Ahiru, Genos would have superior firepower, mobility, and durability. Ahiru’s mechanical arm, though useful, is unlikely to match Genos’s energy and speed, and she would not be able to survive many direct hits. Genos can fire towards her from a distance, bombarding her with energy blasts, and avoid her limited projectile attacks.

10. Sea Beast Weapons

Sea Beast Weapons are massive mechanical war beasts developed by Dr. Vegapunk and used by the Marines in One Piece. These cybernetic creatures combine the power of real Sea Beasts with advanced mechanical weaponry, turning them into living weapons. They possess immense strength, durability, and destructive capacity both in and out of water.

Against the Sea Beast Weapons, Genos’s superior energy control and attack power would give him the upper hand. While the Sea Beast Weapons can unleash devastating energy blasts, Genos can easily dodge them and counter them with more concentrated firepower. His ability to fly gives him a distinct advantage since these machines are optimized for aquatic combat.

9. Pacifistas

Pacifistas are cyborg human weapons created by Dr. Vegapunk, and they are more or less clones of Bartholomew Kuma. They have extremely durable metal bodies, can fire powerful laser beams from their mouths and hands, and are used by the Marines for heavy battle. However, their intelligence is limited as they work by following orders, and their mobility is generally slower than elite fighters of One Piece.

Genos can easily win against the Pacifistas because his energy attacks and destructive capability exceed their laser beams. His speed and targeting systems allow him to dodge incoming laser fire while firing his own attacks towards his opponents. By attacking weak points or striking multiple angles, Genos could destroy their defenses easily.

8. Vinsmoke Ichiji

Vinsmoke Ichiji is a prince of Germa 66 and part of the Vinsmoke family. He is the eldest son of the Vinsmoke family and wears a raid suit that allows him to produce destructive shock beams and generate powerful blasts. The Germa tech makes him powerful in different aspects, allowing him to boost speed and increase durability. Although he is not on the level of the strongest Devil Fruit users, his suit is highly advanced and gives him decent firepower.

Genos can easily take on Ichiji’s shock blasts and neutralize them with stronger attacks. His reactive systems allow him to analyze and counter any kind of energy outputs, making him more defensive. Also, Genos’s internal core and systems probably exceed the Germa tech, so he can easily push beyond Ichiji’s limits.

7. Vinsmoke Reiju

Vinsmoke Reiju is also a member of Germa 66, and she is the eldest child of the Vinsmoke family. She often uses poison-based powers or chemical attacks, which suggests that her combat role is less aggressive, but her skill lies in agility, toxins, and defensive enhancements attached to her raid gear. She is more of a support/secondary combatant rather than a proper One Piece fighter.

Toxins or chemical attacks are unlikely to affect Genos’s largely mechanical body, as we have seen multiple times in One Punch Man. Reiju cannot match Genos in raw firepower or durability, and he can easily strike decisively with overwhelming force. He can smash through her equipment, armor, and incapacitate her before she even has time to retaliate.

6. S-Snake

S-Snake is one of the advanced Pacifistas in One Piece, infused with Green Blood and lineage factors based on Boa Hancock. She has the ability to replicate her Mero Mero no Mi powers, which petrify or charm opponents, combined with the strength and durability of a Seraphim. As a Seraphim, S-Snake also has augmented durability, an incredibly powerful robotic structure, and enhanced systems beyond the older Pacifistas.

Genos, being a Cyborg himself, would not fall prey to S-Snake’s charm or petrification powers, which nullifies S-Snake’s strongest ability within the series. After that, Genos can easily engage with precision energy attacks and disrupt the Green Blood systems, thus affecting the core energy system of S-Snake, which would result in her defeat.

5. S-Shark

S-Shark is another Seraphim, modeled after Jinbe, but he uses the power of the Swim-Swim Fruit that belonged to Senor Pink. He can fuse these powers with fish-man karate and enhanced structure, making him incredibly powerful. He combines underwater combat skills, strong physical attacks, and durability with the Seraphim enhancements, making him one of the most difficult opponents.

Genos will most likely have to fight S-Shark in a place where he can reduce the effect of aquatic advantages. Using his ability to fly and energy attacks, Genos can keep a distance where S-Shark’s swimming and his fish-man karate are less usable. Genos can wear down S-Shark’s armor and internal systems with concentrated blasts and take him down with a major hit.

4. S-Hawk

S-Hawk is a Seraphim modeled after Dracule Mihawk, making him one of the strongest Cyborgs in One Piece. He has formidable swordsmanship and destructive potential, which is the result of Mr. 1’s Dice-Dice Devil Fruit powers. S-Hawk’s strength lies in close-range attacks, slicing power, speed, and precision, and just like others, he can also use the traditional Seraphim durability and enhancements.

In a duel, Genos will have to neutralize S-Hawk’s sword advantage by keeping distance and using fast ranged attacks to take him down. Genos will have to dodge and intercept S-Hawk’s sword strikes, and his energy attacks will have to be strong enough to blast off S-Hawk’s systems. While Seraphims don’t usually have a weak point, Genos will have to find one and exploit it, as it is the only thing that will guarantee his victory.

3. Franky

Franky is the cyborg shipwright of the Straw Hat Pirates in One Piece who heavily modified his body, equipping it with weapons like cannon arms, laser beams, strong fists, and durable armor. He also has other attachments like Franky Shogun that can even turn into a tank. His durability is significant, and he can tank and easily dish out heavy damage. He is a powerful fighter, making him a tougher opponent than others.

However, Genos most likely surpasses Franky in terms of energy output, speed, and precision. He can easily bombard Franky from multiple angles and disable his weapons by easily destroying them. Genos has fast reflexes, allowing him to dodge Franky’s big attacks, and he can also unleash full-power, destructive beams that crack through Franky’s reinforced armor.

2. Queen

Queen is one of the All-Stars of the Beast Pirates, a high-tier fighter with substantial power, combat experience, and some of the most dangerous tricks in One Piece. He has mechanical modifications, virus attacks, and heavy physical strength that allow him to dominate any kind of battlefield. His enhancements and durability allow him to endure major attacks, thus making him a formidable threat.

In a fight against Queen, Genos will face a little bit of difficulty and he can only win because of the intensity and speed of his energy attacks. Genos can engage from long range, launching concentrated explosions that the Queen might not be able to counter. Genos will have to target the internal components and pierce through the heavy armor, as it is the only way he can take him down for good.

1. Bartholomew Kuma

Bartholomew Kuma is a major One Piece figure as he is not only a cyborg and former Warlord who was evidently enhanced by Vegapunk’s technology. He wields the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi, which allows him to push anything or anyone away, along with teleportation, and the ability to deflect attacks. The recent Egghead arc has proved that he is extremely durable and powerful, making him one of the strongest combatants in One Piece.

Kuma will be a formidable challenge for Genos. Genos must avoid any kind of direct hits from Kuma’s paw deflections at all costs. If he gets hit by one of those attacks, he can either be teleported or pushed far away, making it difficult for him to take Kuma down. Genos’s ability to fire multi-angle blasts and target weak points might be the only option for him to take Kuma’s defenses and defeat him.
