Netflix’s most-watched movie of all time is about to take center stage in Fortnite’s annual Halloween celebration. According to prominent Fortnite leakers, K-Pop Demon Hunters is confirmed as the main collaboration for Fortnitemares 2025.

Released in June 2025, the movie quickly became Netflix’s most-watched movie of all time, with even the soundtrack topping global charts. And now it looks like Epic Games is bringing the party to us as we prepare for Fortnitemares 2025. But what exactly can we expect from this collab?
From Netflix’s Biggest Movie to Fortnite’s Main Event
Released in June 2025 by Sony Pictures Animation and Netflix, K-Pop Demon Hunters has become a global sensation. The movie tells the story of HUNTR/X, a girl group who double as demon hunters, with half-demon protagonist Rumi leading the fight against a rival boy band.
The movie’s mix of action, supernatural elements, and music struck a chord with audiences, and it went on to become the most-watched movie in Netflix history. Its soundtrack was equally successful, with Golden topping the Billboard Hot 100 and Soda Pop carrying over its viral trends from the movie into real life.

Given the level of popularity and cultural impact over such a short period of time, we’re not surprised that Epic Games might be collaborating with the movie. This also follows previous rumors from July that hinted that multiple developers wanted the rights to collaborate with K-Pop Demon Hunters. It seems like Epic Games came on top.
What Can We Expect From the Fortnite x K-Pop Demon Hunters Collab?
Well-known leaker @HYPEX has now revealed that K-Pop Demon Hunters will be “the main Halloween collab” for Fortnitemares. Usually, you expect crossovers to have skins and a few other goodies, but the leak describes the event as “STACKED,” so maybe we can expect music packs, emotes, and even themed weapons as well.

If we were to guess what we could get, it would be:
Epic Games hasn’t officially confirmed any of this yet, and we don’t even know the official dates for this. But we do know that two major updates are scheduled for October 2 and October 9. From previous experience, we know that the Halloween-themed event usually launches in early October, so we could very well see the K-pop takeover within the next two weeks.
