Surprisingly, the video is going viral at a time when Kirk’s name is once again up in the media, as new suits flare up around him. One such group is government teachers and educators, whose comments on the politician’s untimely death cost them their jobs.

Teachers Impacted by Charlie Kirk Controversies Are Suing for Justice

Educators made controversial statements about Kirk, which resulted in their suspension. USA TODAY reported that at least 50 such teachers were involved.

Out of them, three are fighting back in the court, including a teacher from Iowa, who compared Kirk to a Nazi. Another is from South Carolina, who disagreed with Kirk, but called his death a “tragedy,” and an employee from Indiana University, who spoke against some of his beliefs while condemning his death.

With more such controversial statements, educators have filed a lawsuit against the freedom of speech. The suit alleges that the comments were made with the intent to exercise the right that constitutionally protects free speech.

The employers of such educators and teachers have responded, stating that some of them were fired due to expressing their rights, not because of the comments made. Some say that the comments made a disruption within the school policies.

Fact Check: Did Erika Kirk Really Launch a Dating App?

Of course not! A viral post on X made a parody of Erika Kirk, the wife of the late Charlie Kirk, stating that she has started a dating app called ‘Faith & Fellowship.’

The tweet went viral in no time, garnering over 90,000 likes. However, it is important to note that the said tweet is fake and Erika Kirk has not posted anything of the sort.

Before her husband’s assassination, she regularly posted Bible verses. During the week of Charlie Kirk’s death, she did not post or retweet anything. On September 21, 2025, she started re-tweeting videos of Kirk’s memorial and a clip from his podcast.

The resurgence of a late politician’s name on platforms has re-ignited the spotlight on Kirk and the people around him. Also, rumors around Erika Kirk lie the foundation that the stories are still evolving, leaving people to watch closely.
