How and Where to Watch All the Twilight Films on Streaming

It’s been over a decade since the Twilight films first wrapped, but the saga still refuses to loosen its grip on pop culture. From Bella Swan’s awkward arrival in Forks to Edward Cullen’s brooding stares and Jacob Black’s shirtless declarations, the story defined an era of YA fantasy. Whether you were Team Edward, Team Jacob, or just there for the iconic soundtracks, the franchise became a cultural moment.

Now, in true anniversary style, fans are getting the ultimate gift: the entire Twilight Saga is streaming for free on YouTube. From September 7 through September 14, 2025, Lionsgate is unlocking all five movies on the official Twilight YouTube channel (via Entertainment Weekly).

It’s all part of the 20th anniversary celebration of Stephenie Meyer’s original novel, first published in October 2005. And if that’s not enough sparkle, the studio is also bringing the saga back to theaters in a special big-screen re-release running from October 29 to November 2, 2025.

Until then and after the YouTube marathon ends, you can still get your fix elsewhere. Want to know where else you can stream the films year-round? Let’s break it down, movie by movie.

1. Twilight (2008)

Let’s take it back to where the obsession began. Released in 2008, Twilight wasn’t just another teen fantasy flick; it was a full-blown cultural reset. Directed by Catherine Hardwicke, this romantic fantasy brought Stephenie Meyer’s bestselling novel to the big screen. It introduced the world to Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan and Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen.

The movie follows Bella, the perpetually clumsy new girl in Forks, Washington, who falls for the mysterious Edward, only to discover he’s a vampire who sparkles in the sunlight. Their romance is moody, intense, and a little weird (in the best way), all while danger lurks in the form of the tracker vampire, James.

On a modest $37 million budget, the film raked in more than $400 million worldwide, proving that teenage vampire love stories could dominate Hollywood, too. It also kicked off one of the most unforgettable fan rivalries of all time: Team Edward vs. Team Jacob.

If you’re ready to relive the magic, you can rent Twilight right now on Amazon Video ($3.99) and Apple TV+ ($3.99).

Let’s dive into Act 2 of your obsession. Released in 2009, The Twilight Saga: New Moon was helmed by Chris Weitz, who stepped into the cavernous shoes left by Catherine Hardwicke. Starring Stewart as the eternally moody Bella, Pattinson back as the brooding Edward, and the newly ripped Taylor Lautner as werewolf Jacob, this is where the love triangle starts getting, uh, complicated.

When Edward ghosts Bella (literally), she teeters on the edge until Jacob reminds her that werewolves exist, and they’ve abs for days. Oh, and by the way, this movie exploded at the box office: with a $50 million budget, it ripped in a jaw-dropping $710 million worldwide, breaking records with its midnight and single-day openings, talk about twilight power.

3. The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (2010)

By the time Eclipse hit theaters in 2010, the Twilight frenzy was already at fever pitch, and this movie threw gasoline on the fire. Directed by David Slade, the third installment full-on dives into a supernatural showdown. Bella is still caught between her sparkly soulmate Edward and her wolf-pack bestie Jacob. This is peak Team Edward vs. Team Jacob territory.

But this isn’t just about stolen glances and awkward third-wheeling; there’s an actual army of newborn vampires marching into Forks, led by the ever-persistent Victoria. That means alliances are forged, wolves and vampires have to play nice (sort of), and Bella has to face the reality of what her future with Edward actually means.

On a $68 million budget, Eclipse clawed its way to nearly $700 million worldwide, proving fans couldn’t get enough. Eclipse is ready for a late-night binge on Amazon Video ($3.99) and Apple TV+ ($3.99). Basically, a small price to pay for revisiting the most chaotic chapter of Bella’s saga.

4. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 (2011)

Cue the wedding bells and all the chaos that follows. Released in 2011, Breaking Dawn – Part 1 takes the Twilight saga up to a whole new level of drama.

Directed by Bill Condon and penned (ever loyally) by Melissa Rosenberg, this installment centers on Bella and Edward’s big day, only to get thrown off-course by a honeymoon, a shock pregnancy, and a wolf pack that’s less than thrilled about the news. Oh, and did we mention the baby grows way too fast?

Though critics weren’t exactly throwing flower petals, fans lapped it up. With a blockbuster-worthy $712 million worldwide haul on a hefty $127 million budget, this one proved that Twilight’s glow was far from dim. And let’s be honest, the drama? Totally worth watching again.

5. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 (2012)

Hold onto your hearts, Breaking Dawn – Part 2 is the grand finale of the Twilight rollercoaster, and it delivers drama, stakes, and emotional mic drops like nobody’s business.

Directed by Bill Condon with a script from the loyal Melissa Rosenberg, this chapter sees Bella fully transformed into a vampire, trying to protect her rapidly aging daughter, Renesmee, from the ominous Volturi. The Cullen family bands together with werewolves and vampire allies in an epic (yet glimmer-strewn) showdown that brings the saga to its grand finale.

This film wasn’t just another sequel; it was the cultural event of 2012. Fans were bracing for heartbreak, but instead got one of the wildest twist endings in YA cinema history. Love it or hate it, that “battle sequence” reveal had everyone in theaters clutching their popcorn. The movie became the saga’s highest earner, pulling in a jaw-dropping $848.5 million worldwide.
