WWE Superstar Brock Lesnar is just built differently. Aptly nicknamed The Beast Incarnate, he absolutely dominates his opponents in the ring. Interestingly, renowned podcaster Joe Rogan once called the 48-year-old a Viking. But was there any truth in this statement?
The 2237th episode of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast saw the host inviting American singer-songwriter Oliver Anthony in July 2025. The duo broke into conversation about Brock Lesnar and talked about how massive he is physically.
Anthony mentioned that he had never seen anybody with fists as huge as those of The Beast Incarnate. He also noted that he wasn’t even aware of any exercise in the gym that increased the size of one’s fists. In response, Joe Rogan said:
He’s a Viking. That’s 100% Viking DNA. 100%… You see his daughter? His daughter’s a shot put champion. She’s jeez… She’s a tank. That’s just pure Viking genetics, man. Those are the people at the front of the boat with the big battle axe. You saw that boat pull up to your village. You better start running to those mountains, son.
The podcaster noted that despite being 6’3”, the former three-time WWE Universal Champion was still bigger and more imposing than the stars taller than him. While the story sounds convincing, Lesnar is actually from Webster, South Dakota, in the US. He also has Polish ancestry, but nothing links him to Scandinavia, the land of the Vikings.
Talking about Kane, Rogan said that while the retired wrestler was 7’0” tall, he was still 25 pounds lighter than Lesnar. It should be noted that Lesnar is a real brawler, and aside from WWE, he is also a former UFC Heavyweight Champion.
Brock Lesnar May Replace Seth Rollins in The Vision
When Brock Lesnar was about to be introduced for his match against John Cena at Wrestlepalooza, Paul Heyman interrupted the official announcer to make his way to the ring. The former advocate of the 48-year-old introduced him instead in his classic style.
Notably, Cody Rhodes had alleged that Heyman reunited with Lesnar without the permission and counsel of Seth Rollins on the September 29, 2025, episode of RAW. Moreover, the WWE Hall of Famer had also taken a clear stance against him at the Crown Jewel premium live event and asked Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed not to help him against Rhodes.
Despite this, The Visionary overcame The American Nightmare on his own. However, the following episode of WWE RAW saw Bron Breakker landing a Spear on Rollins. He influenced Bronson Reed as well, who landed a Tsunami on the new Men’s Crown Jewel Champion.
Bron Breakker just speared Seth Rollins! Bronson Reed followed with a Tsunami!! Paul Heyman was shocked but sided with The Brons in the end!!! Total collapse of The Vision. Seth shouldn't have said he didn't need his men and did everything by himself! #WWERaw pic.twitter.com/HBn7P4D8sX
While Paul Heyman was initially shocked and tried to protect The Architect, he eventually sided with The Dog of WWE and The Auszilla. Now that The Visionary has been kicked out of the faction he created, there is a chance that Brock Lesnar could replace him.
Paul Heyman always makes calculated moves and would definitely capitalize on his revived relationship with The Beast Incarnate. Thus, The Vision will most likely bring him into its ranks. But it remains to be seen if Breakker will have his clear leadership if Lesnar joins the heel faction.
What’s Next for Brock Lesnar in WWE?
Aside from making Brock Lesnar a part of The Vision, Triple H can also utilize the 48-year-old in several other ways. As per a report by Bodyslam, The Beast Incarnate could end up facing Bron Breakker in the future.
So far, no particular event has been decided upon for their match. However, the internal discussions in WWE suggest that they could most likely compete at WrestleMania 42.

Thus, The Game is trying to construct Brock Lesnar into a goliath of a wrestler once again. However, the end goal would be to make him lose to a big star to make him a future top guy of the company. The 48-year-old has previously done this for Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, as well as Cody Rhodes.
