Every One Piece Character With Powerful Conqueror Haki Than Luffy, Ranked

In One Piece, Conqueror Haki or Supreme King Haki is the rarest form of Haki, which allows one to assert one’s will over others. More advanced applications include infusing Conqueror Haki with one’s body or weapons. Only one in a million people is able to awaken this Haki, and our future Pirate King, Luffy, is one of the lucky ones to have it.

However, there are stronger Conqueror Haki users than him, and it goes without saying that our protagonist still has a lot to learn. Here is a ranked list of all the One Piece characters who are stronger Conqueror Haki users than Luffy currently.

10. Silvers Rayleigh

It was Rayleigh who taught Luffy how to use Conqueror Haki, including its basics. Even at his old age, he is a prime user of Haki, and his bursts of Haki can even rival those of the Yonko. In his prime, he battled with some of the biggest pirates and is still an unyielding fellow. Luffy will definitely pass Rayleigh in terms of Haki efficiency, but that moment has not arrived yet.

9. Charlotte Linlin/Big Mom

Big Mom‘s Haki rivals that of Kaido, and their heaven-splitting clashes are proof of it. She is a Yonko with decades of experience as a pirate. She might have been defeated, but it was a group effort just like Kaido. Her solo feats of Haki are yet to be rivaled by Luffy.

8. Kaido

Kaido can use Supreme King Haki as well as its advanced form. His clash against Big Mom produced a lightning-like effect and split the heavens. Kaido can also release potent bursts of Conqueror Haki that can damage the landscape around him while blowing away his opponents.

Despite being defeated by Luffy, Kaido’s Conqueror Haki is still miles superior. Kaido was mostly defeated due to a group effort and not because of Luffy alone.

7. Garp

Garp can not only use Conqueror Haki but has also mastered its advanced form. The thin streams of black lightning emanating from his fist indicate that he infuses Haki with his punches. In his fight against Kuzan, he used the Haki to protect himself from Kuzan’s ice attacks.

He was able to strike Kuzan with powerful Haki-infused attacks, and on Avalo Pizarro, he delivered a Haki shockwave punch that left a gaping injury on his opponent. He could rival Roger in his prime without even a Devil Fruit, which means Luffy’s Haki might fall short in front of Garp’s experience with its usage.

6. Edward Newgate / Whitebeard

Whitebeard‘s mastery of Supreme King Haki is legendary. When he initially encountered Oden 30 years prior, their clash created an effect that was similar to lightning. When he went against Gol D. Roger, their clashing Haki cracked the air and generated a huge shock wave that blew back everything that was on and near the island.

He had also mastered Advanced Haki, which had increased his attack prowess. Of course, the clash against Shanks is well known, as it split the heavens into two. During the Summit War, he would have saved Ace with his Haki if not for his sudden illness attack.

5. Gol D. Roger

It has been confirmed that Roger was a master of Conqueror Haki. His clash with Whitebeard proved so. Their clash not only created an effect similar to lightning, but the resulting shockwave traveled across the island and sea and even pushed back Moby Dick, along with humans, trees, clouds, and everything in between.

Roger has mastered Advanced Haki to increase his attack prowess, and his sword could emit streams of black lightning-type aura. Luffy’s Haki attacks pale when compared to those of Gol D. Roger.

4. Shanks

Shanks’ mastery of Conqueror Haki is indomitable. By the time of the Fish Man Island arc, Shanks’ Haki was twice as potent as that of Luffy. During the Wano arc, his Haki burst paralyzed Admiral Ryokugyu and stopped him despite being mailed away at sea. Even Jinbe and Yamato thought his Haki to be monstrous.

He has mastered Advanced Haki and defeated both Kid and Killer in a single Haki-infused attack. When Shanks collided with Whitebeard, it split the heavens in half. Thus, in terms of Haki prowess, Shanks is easily above Luffy.

3. Imu

While not much is known about Imu, it has been made clear that he is one of the users of Conqueror Haki. Imu is capable of unleashing Conqueror Haki over vast lands and could even incapacitate multiple guants in Elbaph, which includes the warriors or the Giant Warrior Pirates.

In fact, his Haki is so deadly and potent that the Straw Hats, Scopper Gaban, and even Loki were shocked. Loki even commented that the move was preposterous. Thus, it can be safely speculated that Imu’s Haki is more than that of Luffy’s.

2. Rocks D. Xebec

One Piece has already confirmed that not only was Rocks a Conqueror Haki user, but he was also a master at Advanced Haki usage. He could infuse his Haki into his sword. However, the reason his ranking is so high is that he could be defeated only due to the collaboration of Garp and Roger. The two of them had to make an alliance to defeat Rocks and his crew.

Thus, it can be safely said that his Haki was also powerful enough to subdue both Roger and Garp if it were a one-on-one fight. Luffy is not even on the same level as Shanks or Roger yet, so Xebec definitely stands atop.

1. Joy Boy

Dorry and Brogy considered Joy Boy’s Conqueror Haki to be more powerful than that of Shanks. However, they did not feel any hostility from it. It has also been revealed that Imu felt the powerful burst of Joy Boy’s Haki from Egghead Island to Mary Geoise. This had not only reverted the Five Elders to their human forms but also made Imu nearly collapse from it.

He could also use an advanced application by tying his Haki into a knot to preserve it for centuries and release it in one powerful burst once it was undone. Needless to say, no other character in One Piece has been able to unlock this level of Conqueror Haki prowess.
