Emmys 2025: Seth Rogen Wins Best Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for The Studio

Despite making people laugh for several decades, actor-comedian Seth Rogen made history tonight by bagging what would be his first-ever Emmy 2025 Award in his professional Hollywood career.

As the stars celebrate their achievements in terms of television shows, the night kicks off with Rogen winning the Emmy for “Lead Actor in a Comedy Series” for Apple TV+’s The Studio.

Not only that, but even Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston has also been declared the winner for an Emmy for “Guest Actor in a Comedy Series” for The Studio, too!

Seth Rogen hadn’t prepared a speech as the actor-comedian seemed slightly emotional while accepting his first Emmy Award, and had a throwback memory of his childhood.

Known for being a part of the comedy genre with movies like Superbad, Neighbors, and Knocked Up, Rogen couldn’t help but be overcome with happiness when he won his Emmy.

A video was shared on X where the actor was seen accepting the award while also giving a short speech and claiming that he was not prepared at all to win the Emmy.

I cannot wrap my head around this happening, but I really prepared nothing. I’ve never won anything in my life. When I was a kid, I bought a used bowling trophy as an estate sale, and my parents were like ‘Yeah, that’s a good idea’.

Of course, the night has only begun, but it seems that Seth Rogen’s The Studio has pretty much got it covered for the 77th Emmy Awards. Alongside Bryan Cranston’s Emmy win, there are surely many awards and many actor-comedians who are waiting to win it all.
