With no future in sight, Bank pushes ahead to rig the NCET, even after realizing the leaked answers might be wrong. The tension causes a rift: Lin walks away, while Pat, having turned down his father’s privileges, chooses to press forward.
But Lin decides to come clean, confessing their cheating scandal to the Education Commission. In the aftermath, only Bank faces the consequences, ending up arrested and sent to a youth correction facility.
Meanwhile, Pat leaves to pursue his studies abroad, and Grace, aided by her family’s influence, aligns with Lin in exposing the scam. Lin later meets Principal Perez, who presents her with the chance to compete for one of the toughest scholarships.
