FX’s Alien: Earth episode 7 will drop on Tuesday, September 16, at 8 pm ET. The eighth episode is expected to pick up from where episode 6 left off, bracing us for what horror comes next. The latest episode in the Alien world delivered one of the show’s most gruesome deaths yet.
In episode 6, Tootles meets a horrific death inside the alien flies’ nest, and it wasn’t just brutal, it was wrecking. Moreover, his end marks the first death of a hybrid, and a reminder that Noah Hawley isn’t holding back when it comes to the terror. On the other hand, with several creatures now in open within the facility, Alien: Earth episode 7 promises to push the horror further.
When Will Alien: Earth Episode 7 Release?

Alien: Earth episode 7, Emergence, will air on September 16, 2025, at 8 pm ET/PT on FX. The episode will also stream on Hulu and Disney+ internationally a few hours after its release. The penultimate episode will escalate the terror at Neverland further as betrayals surface, pushing the survivors to an inevitable clash.
In the latest episode, fans were left shaken with one of the most disturbing sequences yet. After being trapped inside the fly nest, Tootles dies a horrible death, proving that the Lost Boys are not invincible after all. Meanwhile, Slightly backstabbed Arthur by leaving him stuck inside the lab with a facehugger, leaving his fate sealed with a xenomorph embryo.
On the other hand, Hermit is planning an escape, but Wendy is not in favor of leaving the facility. The episode ends with everyone’s fate hanging in the balance of aliens and creatures.
What To Expect From Alien: Earth Episode 7?

After the cliffhanger in Alien: Earth episode 6, FX has dropped the promo for episode 7, titled Emergence, which clearly hints that chaos is about to explode at Neverland. The official synopsis of the next episode reads,
An escape plan is hatched, leading to a breaking of factions, betrayals, and a shocking confrontation.
Basically, the upcoming episode will feature aliens on the loose with survivors splintered and everyone’s trust hanging in the balance. Episode 6, The Fly, left us baffled with the brutal deaths of Tootles inside the fly nest and Arthur’s facehugger fate, raising the stakes. No doubt the episode doubled down with Slightly’s betrayal, but the most appalling scene was that Kirsh knew what was happening.
The promo of episode 7 showcases Kirsh digging deeper into what happened, Wendy alerting her fellow Lost Boys that they’ve never really been safe, and soldiers trekking through rivers as aliens’ terror lurks around the corner.
Meanwhile, Wendy’s loyalty is in question. In episode 6, viewers saw her going against the scientist at Neverland, questioning their purpose after they wipe out Nibs’ memories. Also, she’s found a new purpose in connecting with the xenomorphs, and perhaps will side with them.
That conflict could be the spark that ignites the “violent clash” teased in the synopsis. And then we have Yutani’s ronin commandos sneaking ashore, Slightly’s guilty secret about killing Arthur, and Wendy’s chilling scream, “What did you do?”- all of this honestly shapes up the most explosive chapter yet.
