Typhoon Family Episode 3: What to Expect

While at the start we saw Kang Tae-poong as a rich 26-year-old careless man with no ambition, who derives enjoyment only from going clubbing with his friends, we saw him transformed by the end of episode 2. Now determined to make his father proud, he lets go of his old ways, wanting to keep his father’s company running while trying to earn trust from the staff.

In the upcoming episodes, we can expect things to get even worse for Tae-poong. He will surely be forced to make some tough calls, such as layoffs, while his inexperience might be tested in various ways.

On the other hand, we have Oh Mi-seon, who is already struggling between loyalty to business and her responsibility to her family. This might likely play a key emotional thread in the upcoming episodes, and this might affect Mi-seon and Tae-poong’s connection.

Furthermore, not all employees or stakeholders will accept Tae-poong’s leadership readily. Some may question his legitimacy, push back on decisions, or align with rival interests. We expect friction between older staff members loyal to his father and those impatient for change.

With the stage set for some bold business decisions and emotional turmoil, what do you think will happen: Will Tae-poong emerge stronger or buckle under pressure?

In the meantime, stay tuned for the next episodes — and don’t forget to check FandomWire for more episode breakdowns and predictions.
