By Charles Wilson 10/14/2025

Bad Bunny is easily one of the biggest household names in the music industry. The Puerto Rican artist has also made appearances and fought matches in WWE. Here’s how much his net worth is in 2025 and how much he earned from his matches in the Stamford-based promotion.

Born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, Bad Bunny made his first WWE appearance in the 2021 Royal Rumble on January 31. The 31-year-old performed his song Booker T for the fans and also got into a brawl with John Morrison and The Miz later on.

He made his in-ring debut at WrestleMania 37 in April that year, where he teamed up with Damian Priest to defeat Miz and Morrison. As per Celebrity Net Worth, the Oasis artist’s net worth is $50 million as of 2025. His appearances in WWE have also made him a lot of money.

Bad Bunny made around $100K each time he stepped into the ring for a match. According to a report by Fightful Select, the musician also made over $500K in merch sales during his first run with the Stamford-based promotion.

Interestingly, unlike all the usual celebrity guest wrestlers that have fought in WWE, Bad Bunny is actually part of the promotion’s active roster.

When Was the Last Time Bad Bunny Was in WWE?

Bad Bunny made his last WWE appearance at the 2023 Backlash in May, where he fought Damian Priest in a San Juan Street Fight. Held in Puerto Rico, the premium live event saw fans roaring with cheers for the musician, with Priest, who is also of Puerto Rican origin, getting pops from the crowd.

The match saw the 31-year-old artist execute several brilliant moves, proving to the WWE Universe that he wasn’t just any other celebrity wrestler. Instead, his performance actually sent people into awe, especially his execution of the Canadian Destroyer in his maiden singles match, which he won.

Fans expected Bad Bunny to make a return to WWE after The Archer of Infamy won the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania XL. The noise for it increased after Priest’s babyface turn following his split with The Judgment Day. However, no plans involving the artist seem to be in WWE’s pipeline right now.

Bad Bunny Bags Another Big Opportunity in the Sports Realm

Aside from WWE, Bad Bunny has now also secured a big opportunity with the NFL. The artist has been officially announced as the performer who will headline the 2026 Super Bowl Halftime Show. The artist will also be making history, as this will be the first-ever show to be fully in Spanish. Speaking about it on the day of the announcement, the 31-year-old said:

What I’m feeling goes beyond myself… It’s for those who came before me and ran countless yards so I could come in and score a touchdown … this is for my people, my culture, and our history. Ve y dile a tu abuela, que seremos el HALFTIME SHOW DEL SUPER BOWL. (as per Rolling Stone)

The announcement comes after Bad Bunny had been avoiding performance dates in the United States for his Debí Tirar Más Fotos World Tour. The tour will start on November 21, 2025, and will see its final performance on July 22, 2026. The 2026 Super Bowl takes place on February 8 and will fall in the middle of his tour.
