One Punch Man: S-Class Heroes Who Can Beat Doctor Doom

By Andrew Jones 10/08/2025

The two franchises that have explored the world of superheroes and supervillains perfectly are One Punch Man and Marvel. While Marvel built an entire universe, One Punch Man took a different route that entertained fans and will continue to do so for a long time. But what if these two universes collided, and the heroes of One Punch Man were forced to face a formidable Marvel villain like Doctor Doom?

Although not every superhero from the series can stand against the might of Doctor Doom, there are some S-Class Heroes who might be able to steal a win against him. Thus, here is a list of every S-Class Hero who can take on the terror of Doctor Doom and defeat him.

1. Genos

Genos is a cyborg who is quite popular among One Punch Man fans. He has repeated upgrades that give him powerful abilities like energy blasts, rapid-fire punches, rocket propulsion, sensors, and reinforced armor. His fighting style within the story is a mix of both close-range and long-range, and his upgrades have let him survive and damage Dragon and Demon-level enemies.

While facing Doctor Doom, there is a strong chance that Genos might be in a lot of struggle, but once he gets an opening against the Marvel villain, it will be over for him. Genos’s ability to strike faster than the speed of sound is something that Doctor Doom won’t be able to calculate and thus could lose to him in a one-on-one match.

2. Drive Knight

Drive Knight is a mysterious cyborg hero in One Punch Man whose main strength is modular technology. He can transform parts of his body and produce weapons from hidden compartments that help him take down enemies. Drive Knight also shows great durability, and his attacks make him unpredictable in a fight.

Against Doom, Drive Knight’s adaptability and unpredictability are the keys to defeating him. Drive Knight can change tactics mid-fight, jam or mimic devices, and create unexpected counters that Doctor Doom won’t see coming, thus resulting in his defeat against the S-Class Hero.

3. Flashy Flash

Flashy Flash is one of the fastest speedsters in One Punch Man and a powerful blade master. He combines near-instant movement, precise swordsmanship, and ninja tactics to reach a level where his opponents cannot track him. Flashy Flash’s skills include lightning-fast slashes, high reflexes, and tactical mobility that let him strike critical targets before they can even react.

Just like Genos, speed is the main component for Flashy Flash against Doctor Doom. Doom’s armor and spells take time to prepare and aim. If Flashy can close the distance in an instant and land a solid punch, he might be able to take down the Marvel villain quite easily.

4. Tornado of Terror (Tatsumaki)

Tatsumaki is an S-class psychokinetic powerhouse whose telekinesis has the power to literally reshape the battlefield in One Punch Man. She can lift and throw massive structures, create shields, generate storms, and manipulate objects and enemies at an unprecedented range. Her feats include lifting entire buildings and repelling planet-scale threats in an instant.

Tatsumaki might be one of the few characters who won’t even struggle against Doctor Doom, as her psychic domination directly challenges Doom’s combination of tech and magic. She can easily rip his armor apart and take him down without even sustaining any kind of damage.

5. Blast

Blast is the number one S-Class hero who has reality-altering abilities like creating a portal or extremely high-tier destructive power, along with supreme speed, durability, and tactical genius. He has moved large-scale energies, teleported others, and used powers that go beyond conventional hero feats, which is why he ranks at the top of the Hero Association.

Doctor Doom doesn’t stand a chance against Blast, as his magic and tech won’t work against powers like creating a portal or gravity manipulation. His fighting style will be difficult for Doom to analyze, thus resulting in his defeat against the One Punch Man’s strongest S-Class Hero.
