As the former couple goes through a divorce, insiders tell Radar Online that he Urban is growing closer to two women in his life – five-time Grammy nominee Kelsea Ballerini as well as his guitarist, Maggie Baugh.
The report states, “It’s true he and Maggie Baugh have been working closely together, but he’s also still very close to Kelsea Ballerini, who’s also newly single.” The insider continues that Urban and Ballerini have come across each other multiple times previously and have “maintained a supportive friendship.“
While Kidman, who reportedly did not want their marriage to come to an end, is “hurt” by how things ended, reports claim that Urban has moved on with an unnamed musician.

Sources told PEOPLE, “They’re two adults who gave it their all and tried to do everything they could to make it work, but ultimately couldn’t. It happens.” Ballerini and Stokes were first rumored to be together after the actor shared a photo of them snuggled up to each other at the Georgia vs. TCU game at SoFi Stadium, Inglewood.
Their relationship became public in April 2023 at the CMT Awards, and in September 2024, the actor told the outlet that he kept the relationship alive by “never going more than three weeks” without seeing Ballerini, doesn’t matter if they are on opposite ends of the country.
For Stokes, it was important that the efforts they put into their relationship should be double “the amount of effort that we put into our careers.” Ballerini, on the other hand, spoke of her “version of love“, stating that their relationship was “steady and…human“, which, to her, was “the sexiest thing” ever.
They broke things off and went their separate ways last month. Despite the split, they have not removed each other from their Instagram photos yet.
Prior to dating Stokes, Ballerini was married to Australian singer Morgan Evans from 2017 to 2022.

The second woman Urban is linked with is his own guitarist, with whom he has apparently been working closely together with. Rumors of their relationship began when, in the months leading up to the divorce, Urban performed his song, The Fighter, with his band.
The song was inspired by Urban and Kidman’s early days together. However, during a performance (via Page Six), he sang, “I was born to love you” while pointing towards 25-year-old Baugh.
He also switched up the lyrics from “When they’re tryna get to you, baby I’ll be the fighter” to “When they’re tryna get to you, Maggie, I’ll be your guitar player.” Needless to say, the people were confused.

Despite the rumors, Baugh is reported to be in a relationship with a 25-year-old lighting designer from California, Cameron Coley. The Daily Mail obtained photos of the two together, but since they are from a while ago, it is unclear if they are still together or not.
Moreover, Baugh’s father, Chuck, also reshared a video talking about her supposed romance with Urban on Facebook with the simple caption, “NO, just no” (via TMZ)
Baugh is from Florida, and she has been trained in classical music. She has a supportive family, even though none of them are from the industry. Urban and Baugh began their collaboration in 2024.
